1. Return Policy

If you find any irregularities, you can return it within 5 business days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria 

We accept unused, unwashed and undamaged products. 

All original tags and packaging must be intact

You can choose a refund or exchange.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the courier and return shipping charges.


2. First Pair Try-On Guarantee

We understand that finding the perfect fit sometimes takes a try.

That’s why your first pair is covered by our First Pair Try-On Guarantee. If it doesn’t feel right — whether it’s the fit or comfort — we’ll replace it or refund you. No stress. No hassle.

Limited to one try-on pair per customer

Please note: Customers are responsible for courier and return shipping chrges.All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are non-refundable.

3. Multi-Pack Orders

Ordered a multi-pack? You may try on one product to check the fit.

For the remaining pairs to qualify for return or exchange:

They must remain unworn and unwashed

Packaging and tags must be intact

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to arrange an exchange.

Please keep in mind:

Customers cover the shipping cost to send the item back

Once approved, customers also cover the shipping cost for the replacement item

Each purchase is eligible for one exchange only


5. Return Conditions

To keep things fair for everyone:

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged

Original tags and packaging must be included (except for your first try-on pair)

Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged
